Bork bork bork! There a Swedish chef in town. Actually, two Swedish bakers, but then we don’t know any Swedish bakers with their own lovable muppety catchphrases. This Swedish bakery (‘bageriet’) comes courtesy of Daniel Karlsson and Sven-Gunnar Appelgren, a pair of oven-wizards who have already built a loyal following for their Nordic baked goods, both among the Scandinavian community and beyond. Whether sweet or savoury, they’re all beautifully executed, and a far cry from the kitchen mishaps of our chubby-cheeked felt chef.
