Catch the Street Feast night market while you can

Posted at 4:00 pm, June 28, 2013 in Food & Drink, Outdoor London
Street Feast, Merchant Yard

Thinking of spending this weekend eating and drinking? Sounds like a good plan to us. If you haven’t been to any of Street Feast’s Haggerston-based ‘night markets’ (which have been running for the last 12 weeks), then get yourself down there pronto as it’s finishing this weekend. From noon until 10pm, traders will convene at Merchant Yard to do what they do best – fill your bellies. Food on offer will include carnitas tacos from James Lowe of the Young Turks, hot dogs with Tokyo-inspired toppings from Disco Bistro, pork belly ciabatta rolls with fennel pollen from Hackney Italian restaurant Lardo (Saturday only) and many more. Wash all that down with a margarita or two from Rotary’s mobile margarita mixing machine. It’s last chance saloon at Merchant’s Yard, so get in line!

Free entry. 5pm-midnight Sat June 28; noon-10pm Sun June 29. Merchant Yard, Kingsland Road. Find out more at streetfeastlondon.com.
