In this week’s magazine we’ve got, frankly, loads. Amongst other things…

As we’re apparently expecting a July heatwave (yes, really), we’ve compiled all the hottest things happening in London’s parks from solar-powered boats, trapezes and a pineapple island to cinema screenings, gigs, art and field-loads of other outdoor fun. We’ve also been on set with Channel 4’s ‘Coming Up’ which gives the camera over to a new generation of TV writers and directors, had a chat with Lenny Henry to find out what he’s so worried about, got up at the crack of dawn to take some photographs, found out the five rules for making a cheap film from Ben Wheatley, reviewed ‘The Bling Ring‘, talked giant heads with Lionel Richie, met up with the EDL (no, not that one), compared this summer’s comedy festivals, picked out the key underground tribes of the 1980s ahead of the V&A show ‘Club to Catwalk: London Fashion in the 1980s‘ and reviewed some mouthwatering restaurants. PHEW! And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
