Truck Stop 2013, The Bowler

Clean pressed suit, slicked-back hair, hot dog in one hand, napkin in the other: if you’ve ever fantasised about being Harvey Specter from ‘Suits’, get yourself to Truck Stop. Rolling into Canary Wharf on July 4-5, it’s being billed as the largest ever congregation of the best food trucks in London. From 5-11pm on both the Thursday and Friday there will also be a bookable ‘roadside diner’, taco shack, keg party and barbecue smoke pit (you can pre-order your own 50-pint keg of beer for £200) packed onto the waterfront at Wood Wharf. Remember, though – while tailored jackets and food truck grub can be sexy, mustard stains never will be. Christine Yeo

Tickets £10 (online advanced booking). Price includes ten ‘Truck Stop dollars’ to spend at the Rotary cocktail or craft beer bars. For more info, see truckstoplondon.com.
