A trip to London’s biggest fish market is well worth the early start. Aquatic creatures are brought to the market from all over the world, ensuring an impressive range of fresh fins, shells and suckers. But the market’s not the only attraction; there’s also an onsite Seafood Training School where you can learn to gut, scale and fillet like a pro. Former chef Celia Plender put this ‘Saturday Catch’ course through its paces. But was she hooked?
