Looking for a caffeine hit near Piccadilly Circus? Tonic hits the spot. But enter this tiny coffee shop and you could be forgiven for thinking you can pick up something a bit stronger than a flat white. Beer bottles are lined up against deep green tiled walls, and even Tonic’s choice of name call to mind a bar. But it’s part of the Coffeesmiths Collective of coffee shops, and is dedicated to a big variety of proper coffees. Seating is very minimal (two stools) and there’s little space for much else. It’s good as a place to pick up a very well-made coffee on the go. For our review, click here.
