Yes, from midday today (Friday September 20) you’ll be able to pick up tickets for every film in the London Film Festival programme – unless they’ve already been snapped up by BFI members, who’ve been able to book for a week already. It’s a phenomenal lineup, so even if the big red carpet galas and Hollywood blockbusters are sold out, there’s loads to see further down the list. Just a tiny handful of our recommendations include cycling doc ‘The Armstrong Lie’, low-budget US indies ‘Computer Chess’ and ‘Drinking Buddies’ and ultraviolet crime story ‘Why Don’t You Play in Hell?’ among many, many others. Oh, and if you don’t get the tickets you want, more will be released on October 3, so keep checking back.

To book tickets go to bfi.org.uk/lff, or phone 0207 928 3232. And for more movie recommendations, plus loads of reviews, check out our main LFF hub page here.
