Project Bush: Mother London want to photograph your pubes

Project Bush

Can you guess what one of the most googled words that leads people to this blog is? Vagina. Yep, every day loads of curious people type it into the t’interweb and find my old blog posts about the Great Wall of Vagina and a vagina cake sale. I am sure these are probably not exactly what they were looking for but hey, I hope they enjoyed them. (Not like that!) People clearly love vaginas and now there’s a new project being run by Mother London agency to embrace the hair that grows upon them.

Project Bush is described as ‘a call to action for women to stand up to the pressures of modern society and present their bushes in all their glory.’ They’re calling for women to come and have their lady gardens anonymously photographed to prove that pubic topiary is a choice and to start a debate about today’s waxing culture. Hairy, smooth, young, old, they want them all. Photographer Alisa Connan will be the one taking the snaps on October 3 which will perform part of a large exhibition at Mother London.

If you’re feeling brave enough to bare all, book a 15 minute slot by emailing bush@motherlondon.com. Find out more about Project Bush at motherlondon.com
