Technically, it isn’t a shack. It’s a formerly unloved Soho site that’s been sexed-up by the Caring crew (as in Richard Caring, serial restaurateur and owner of Chicken Shop and Pizza East as well as A-list joints Scott’s and The Ivy). But it does have a grill in it. For cooking just three kinds of meat (chicken, burger or steak) or a solitary veggie option (on our visit, we only saw ONE of these leave the kitchen: suffice to say it’s ‘token’ all over).
