Cats have already taken over the internet, and now they’re taking over our streets. New York artist Marlo Pascual has installed a 37ft imposing image of a black cat on a wall of the new Nova Victoria development which will include flats, offices, shops and restaurants. Instead of being faced with a grim grey slab of concrete when you leave Victoria Station, you’ll now be greeted by this attractive yet formidable feline’s enigmatic/plotting-world-domination stare. The untitled installation marks the start of an exciting series of iconic and non-conformist art projects that will soon be unfolding at Nova. Ally Swadling
