Worried that with the state of your romantic life you might end up as an old cat lady/gent? It’s a legitimate concern for many a Londoner. Well, now is the time to put yourself on the line for our feline friends so they’re there when you need them most… with a death-defying firewalk across 800 degree hot coals. Those kitties have nine lives and it’s time to prove you do too, all in the name of Cats Protection, the UK’s largest cat charity which helps over 235,000 cats and kittens every year. Anyone with feet/nerves of steel who wishes to take part in the event on November 22 should contact Emma Rowe, Cats Protection’s Regional Fundraising Manager, either via email emma.rowe@cats.org.uk or telephone 0208 650 7522.
