Terrible real estate agent photos

We’ve all been there. Trawling estate agent websites, trying to find a new flat that’s dirt cheap but not total shit. Looking at crap pictures of soulless living rooms and bathrooms without windows. It’s times like those when it feels like moving back in with your parents could be pretty goddamn great. And that’s saying something. It was during one of these searches that Andy Donaldson came up with the idea for Terrible real estate agent photos.

He ‘was struck by the number of inexplicably awful photographs that were used to sell properties online – pictures of blank walls, unmade beds, kitchen sinks full of washing up etc.’ So he put them on a website and added some pretty hilarious comments. Here are a few of our favourites:

Avoid using photographs that suggest that the photographer was slowly and quietly circling the house looking for an unlocked door.

Potential buyers have a decision to make here:  Erect a dividing wall, or own the largest and worst-arranged bathroom on earth.

This property would make an ideal restoration project. Just as soon as you’ve emptied it of all its contents and burnt it to the ground.
