What do Lord Norman Foster, Zaha Hadid and Kevin McCloud from ‘Grand Designs’ all have in common? They’re all alumni of London art initiative 10×10 London. This creative lens on the capital invites 100 artists every summer to take their own perspective on an area of London and form a visual commentary on the city. The area featured changes every year, and this time it’s the turn of east London, so expect to see a showcase of the social and economic diversity of one of London’s most exciting and fast developing regions.

There’ll be a public exhibition of the work in November, followed by an auction of the pieces at Sotheby’s during the week beginning November 18. All proceeds from the auction go to Article 25, who will be using the contributions to help children living on the streets in Ghana and Kenya.

The free public exhibition of the artwork will be held from November 22-28 at the Crossing, 1 Granary Square, N1C 4AA.
