London rental prices plotted on a tube map

Posted at 8:00 am, December 3, 2013 in Fun London, Transport

Do you often wonder if you’re paying above the odds for your rent? Well, Find Properly have used the tube network to geographically map the average weekly rental prices for one bedroom properties within a one mile radius of each tube station.

The most expensive one bedroom rentals can be found at the Piccadilly line’s Hyde Park Corner, where rent will set you back (on average) £1,142 per week. The cheapest can be found at Hatton Cross, also on the Piccadilly Line, for a bargaintastic £96. An honourable mention goes out to Great Portland Street which features as the most expensive place to rent for three tube lines: the Hammersmith and City line, the Metropolitan line and the Circle line.
