Feed your mind at the Lost Lectures’ Festival of Imagination

Festival Of Imagination

Mince pies, wine, double cream, stuffing, brandy, chocolate… sound festively familiar? Since your body will get plenty of ‘nourishment’ over Christmas, it’s time to start thinking about how to use the shittest month of the year (aka January) to nourish that brain. We suggest you head down to the Festival of Imagination, where the folks from Lost Lectures and Selfridges are putting on a series of talks in January and February, featuring the likes of Carol Ann Duffy, David McCandless, Simon Chinn and Gavin Pretor Pinney.

Legendary architect Rem Koolhas has created a suitably inspiring space for the return of the highly acclaimed event, the finer details of which are being kept a secret. Tickets are extremely limited, but you can currently get them cheap on the Lost Lectures website. If you’re fan of TED talks and using your brain, this one’s for you. Ally Swadling
