Burnt Enz teams up with E5 Bakehouse for Winter Festival

Can you remember those glorious summer days back when London was sunny, full of BBQs and rose-tinted good times? Seems like a lonnngggg time ago. Well why should all the barbecue fun be limited to the summer months? Burnt Enz and the E5 Bakehouse aren’t letting the cold get them down and are embracing the chilly months for a Winter Festival tonight and tomorrow (Jan 31/Feb 1) from 6pm until midnight.

Head down to Arch 395, Mentmore Terrace in London Fields for music, craft beers, warming mulled cider, wine, and spiced rum and most importantly, tasty BBQ  food. Australian chef Dave Pynt will be cooking scallop with XO sauce, suckling pig with cider, and leek, hazelnut and brown butter, which you can enjoy in the cosy  railway arch or outside next to a fire pit. And yes, there’ll be a canopy in case it rains. Take that, winter.
