You know what we miss most about being a student? Snakebite. Oh and learning. Now that we don’t have lectures to avoid we’ve got to flex that grey matter in new ways, and there’s nothing like a feast to make learning seem even more inviting.
So behold the Brain Banquet: a maze of installations, clinics and scientists that will help you learn more about your senses and the way your brain processes them to alter your every edible experience. The banquet itself, put together with the help of neuroscientists so as to be as cerebrally stimulating as possible, will be accompanied by discussions with leading neurologists, and visual illusions from a roaming magician will keep your eyes on their toes. There’s nothing that puts our senses on red alert like a roaming magician. Ashleigh Arnott
The Brain Banquet takes place March 13-15 at Dalston Bunker. Tickets cost £45 and are available here.
