It’s easy to forget how much London has changed in the past hundred-odd years. That is, until you lay past and present side by side, at which point you have to double check that the grainy, sepia-toned city in the history books genuinely is the place you call home.

As seen in the snaps below, though, despite huge shifts in architecture and fashion, there are aspects of London that haven’t changed, and may never.
