Artist opens London’s smallest bar at the Royal College of Art

What’s the smallest bar in London? A Mars bar, obvs. Bit tricky to insert yourself inside one of them and demand a pint of your finest, though (more’s the pity). No such problems with artist Marlene Haring’s new installation at the RCA, which features London’s littlest drinking den. It’s 250cm tall, 89cm wide and 304cm long, only fits one person at a time, and is occupied by the artist between the hours of 1pm to 5pm, serving up drinks and offering chats to punters. That’s one teeny boozer. Or as we like to think of it: a Boozertini. Geddit? Oh, never mind…
