Hollaback London is a campaign group that works tirelessly to end street harassment for the city’s women. But a new initiative is seeing them take the fight off the streets and into the nightclubs. ‘Good Night Out is about stopping unacceptable behaviour and making sure everyone has a good time,’ says one of the project’s masterminds, Julia Gray.
If you get hassled in any nightclub or bar that has one of their posters – venues that include Birthdays, Dalston Superstore, Fabric and Ministry of Sound – the staff or management will have been trained to help you deal in whatever way you see fit with any schmuck who acts inappropriately. Making a night out a good time for everyone is something we can all support.
