My London: a short film competition

Posted at 3:30 pm, April 28, 2014 in Arts & Entertainment, Competition

Do you have a digital camera, a free weekend and a dream? Then why not enter our My London short film competition, which we’re running in partnership with the East End Film Festival and YouTube? We’re looking for films of no more than three minutes on the subject of My London, with the hope of capturing all the different sides of our great city. It could be a drama or a documentary, it could be serious or silly, political or poetical, scary or funny (intentionally or otherwise). All that matters is that you make it, and send it in. We’ll watch all the entries, and the best of them will get a screening as part of the film festival at pop-up venues across the city. The big winner will get two VIP festival passes and an overnight stay at the ultra-fancy Andaz Hotel in Liverpool Street, with brunch and everything.

The closing date for the competition is May 16, so get cracking and send us your three-minute masterpieces. You can find out more info about the competition rules and prizes right at timeout.com/my-london-a-short-film-competition.
