Not content with just making trainers, Converse are launching a ten-week project aimed at inspiring the next generation of creatives. The Converse Arts Project has already been to NYC, LA, Warsaw and now it’s heading to Peckham. From today (May 22), they’re organising raves, talks, screenings, exhibitions, and workshops for young adults over the age of 16 and best of all it’s totally free.

Get hands on at a ‘mix lab class’, learn production skills at a recording studio, or head over to CONS Street for some expert skate advice from their skate ambassador Jerome Campbell. Hip hop ledge Pusha T will be performing at the launch party on Thursday May 29, as will London rap duo Krept & Konan. It looks set to get booked up so lace up and get your skates on.
