Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Send your sugar levels sky-high this weekend at the ‘Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory’ sing-a-long screening at Prince Charles Cinema. To celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the Roald Dahl tale, the 1971 film is being screened on Sunday (June 29) with its lyrics on screen so the audience can join in with the musical’s classic songs. The Leicester Square cinema is not only encouraging you to stretch your vocal chords at the screening, but also come dressed as your favourite character. Yes, it’s time to put your pure imagination to the test and rustle up your best Chocolate Factory costume.

Fancy going bonkers for Wonka? Get your golden ticket here (adult £20, child £15). All ticket sales go to Roald Dahl’s Marvelllous Children’s Charity. Prince Charles Cinema, 7 Leicester Pl, WC2H 7BY. June 29, 1pm. princecharlescinema.com
