Hot yoga is one of the fastest ways to whip your Burger-and-Lobster-stacked arse into shape before you head off on hols, but it can be prohibitively expensive (at high-end centres, classes can cost £20 a pop). So we’re giving you a heads up on a new hot yoga teaching centre in Kentish Town, where you can get taught by a recent graduate on the mega cheap – just £8 a class.
It’s all part of the Fierce Grace programme run by Michele Pernetta, the bendy entrepreneur responsible for introducing Bikram to the UK 15 years ago. As well as teaching her own intense hot yoga classes across the capital, she’s teaching other teachers how to teach intense hot yoga classes – and that’s where The Hot House comes in. They’re also offering a pretty hot deal: you get a sweaty session of fiendishly effective yoga for just £8, they get a room full of willing victims to practise on.
The Hot House is based at the previous Fierce Grace North studio, 173-175 Queens Crescent, NW5 4DS. Classes start on Wednesday June 30. To book, call 020 7692 6900.
