The capital’s annual LGBT Pride celebrations are always something to look forward to. In 2013, the parade through central London attracted over 15,000 people and this year’s parade looks set to be a similarly huge affair. Saturday’s procession begins at 1pm on Baker Street and makes its way – colourfully, noisily, joyously – through Oxford Street, ending up at Trafalgar Square, where there’ll be all kinds of live entertainment taking place.
But the post-parade antics aren’t just confined to Trafalgar Square. Heck no. That’s just the cue for the after-hours fun to really begin, as the city’s clubs and bars open their doors for a night of some serious partying. With so many shindigs taking place around the city, it’s hard to know where to start, so we’ve picked out some of the biggest and best nights taking place. Whether you fancy dancing to house tunes until the early hours, grooving to unashamedly cheesy disco anthems, headbanging to industrial metal or even dressing up like a biker in full leathers, there’s sure to be a Pride after-party perfect for you.
