Telegram at The Lexington

This Melbourne duo have a take on future R&B that’s glitchy and eccentric, but also catchy and totally chill. Jazzy Brightonians Normanton Street open proceedings. Thursday July 31. Free!

Tom Baxter at The House of St Barnabas

The Suffolk-born songwriter performs his sensitive, lushly orchestrated songs as part of HOSB’s Art Social festival. Friday August 1. £10.

Skinny Girl Diet at Ace Hotel

The raucous and very cool female punk trio rock a hotel basement, with support from screechy post-punk band The Wharves. Wed July 30. Free!

Shez Raja Collective at Hideaway

The Marcus Miller-ish bassist and his capable band pump out dynamic global grooves. Thursday July 31. £10.
