Punchdrunk's A Drowned Man

It’s well-known Punchdrunk’s legions of fans have a habit of filching props while they’re immersed in the theatre company’s extraordinarily detailed worlds, but now taking away stuff from ‘The Drowned Man‘ is wholly legit.

Over four days, the company are giving the public the chance to own a piece of the show. The epic production, set in a 1960s Hollywood film studio and staged over numerous levels in a warehouse in Paddington has ended, and now the company’s amazingly realistic sets have been taken apart and are up for grabs.

So how do you get in on the action? Just turn up. It costs £2 to get into the sale of thousands of props, gowns, production shots, light bulbs, dimmers and set items, with prices ranging from 20p to £500. So you could be walking away with your very own bit of Punchdrunk history: whether it’s a comb or a caravan depends purely on how deep your pockets are.

Head to 31 London St, W2 1DJ. Thu, Fri 2-6pm; Sat, Sun 12-4pm. Cash only.
