If you only know one thing about Hawksmoor, it’s probably this: they make a damn fine steak. But did you know they also know their way around a fisherman’s basket? Having already proved their crustacean credentials at their Air Street branch in central London, they’ve gone all seafoody again in that most appropriate of places: Knightsbridge. Because nothing suits the ultra-well-heeled more than a a few oysters, a spot of caviar, or a cheeky lobster for lunch. You still prefer steak? That’s okay, there’s still plenty of those, too.
