A London-based graphic designer (and kids’ cartoon fan) has given the capital a super-cute ‘SquarePants’-inspired makeover  just for fun.  Tim Bryden decided to mash up some of London’s most iconic buildings with cartoons  after noticing many of the city’s landmarks resembled his favourite ‘SpongeBob’ characters.

Messing around during a lunch break, the designer combined photos of landmarks like the Shard and the Gherkin with cartoons resembling the likes of Sheldon J. Plankton, Gary the Snail and Patrick. The resulting snaps are exactly what you need to put a smile on your face on a grim and grey Monday.
