Central and Waterloo & City line strike happening tomorrow

Attention Central and Waterloo & City line commuters! If you were planning on taking the tube tomorrow, think again.  Better dig out those walking boots as it’s time for another tube strike!

So here’s the deal: train drivers are going on strike tomorrow meaning that parts or all of the Central and Waterloo and City line will not be running. Theres’ still a (slim) chance the lines will be running, very infrequently and not early in the morning or late at night.  We recommend that you set an early alarm, sort out your bus route or equip yourself with some google directions.

No late excuses for the rest of you though, all other Tube, DLR and London Overground routes will be running as usual but understandably will probably be quite a lot busier than usual.

FYI: The strike stems from various issues regarding lack of respect and dignity at work.

Find out the latest info at tfl.gov.uk and prepare yourself with the best apps to help you get around London during a tube strike.
