It has been almost two weeks since the tragic passing of comedy legend Robin Williams, and to remind us of his incredible vivacity and infectious humour, Hackney Downs Studios are screening one of his best films. And as an added bonus, all proceeds go to Mind charity.

The Russet will be screening classic film ‘Mrs Doubtfire’ and serving up dinner, nibbles, popcorn and cakes on Tuesday August 26. Not only will this be a great chance to regress and have a good giggle, it’s also a chance to help out Mind, a charity who provide advice and support to people suffering from mental health issues. You can buy your tickets from billetto, who are also donating their booking fee to Mind.

Tickets are £6 and it takes place Tuesday August 26. Doors open 7:30pm for 8pm start. The Russet, Amhurst Terrace, E8 2BT. Are you a Robin Williams fan? Take a look at his life in quotes.
