Anyone with a passion for print, or an appetite for editorial design should grab a ticket to one-day event The Modern Magazine, which takes a closer look at the future of publishing this September. The hottest names in the magazine world will share their predictions for the ever-evolving industry and discuss both the challenges they face and innovations helping to shape the ‘modern magazine’.
Back for its second year, The Modern Magazine conference has been expertly curated by Jeremy Leslie, the man behind the magCulture blog. He’s brought together an international line-up of speakers including Adam Moss, editor of New York Magazine, David Moretti, design director of Wired Italia, and Veronica Ditting, art director of The Gentlewoman, plus many more.
Tickets aren’t cheap, but it’s set to be a jam packed day with major players providing a unique insight into their specialisms. If last year’s anything to go by, you’ll also get your hands on a pretty impressive goody bag and some bevs to boot.
Tickets cost £140 (£75 for students) and are available here. The Modern Magazine conference, LCC, Friday September 19.
