Whether you fancy yourself as the next Rankin or just enjoy getting snappy on your smartphone, there’s a chance to get some more kudos for your photos other than just Facebook likes. The Royal Photographic Society is currently running a project called Bleeding London, aiming to get every street in London captured on camera. Once achieved, they’re going to host an exhibition in 2015 and publish a book containing a selection of the entries.

They’re trying to get this all done by the end of October and have had 20,000 entries so far – but they’ve still got loads more streets to go.

Anyone can upload on any device – but they must have been taken after March 7 this year. To enter, upload your correctly labelled snap to their online gallery and take a shot of the street sign for verification.
