Most of us have probably already worked out that the only way to afford to live in London is to sneakily turn that little sitting room into a third bedroom. That, or live in a cupboard. But have you ever wondered just how much more it would cost to have a little extra space? Well ponder no more, because flathunting website Find A Property has created a fun slidey heat map to show you where you can afford to live solo. As expected, options are fairly limited unless you’re drawing a six-figure salary. Pffft – who wants to live on their own anyway?

Check it out at splittable.co.
