Don’t panic or anything, but we have reason to believe an exotic bird is stalking NHS worker Natasha Malhotra across London.
Natasha spotted the beautiful bird wandering around the courtyard of an NHS office in Hounslow back in September. Then, earlier this week, the bird showed up at her old primary school in Walthamstow.
Identified as a Chinese gold pheasant, the majestic creature’s also been spotted in a back garden in Leyton. It has rainbow-coloured feathers and is probably in the UK as a pet.
Natasha says: ‘I am sure it is the same bird. It was strange for it to be in Hounslow – you don’t expect to see exotic birds like that.’
It’s been reported that the pheasant is now living happily in a swan sanctuary. Phew!
