If you’d written a novel called ‘Meatspace’, how would you promote it? By sending some meat into actual space, of course!
But author Nikesh Shukla and co-conspirator Nick Hearne clearly know their chops. They wisely eschewed 2-for-1 ‘ValuSheep’-style cuts from the reduced section of their local supermarket, and instead selected an exemplary product from Tayyabs, a fine Whitechapel curry house whose chops hold a coveted place in our London’s 100 Best Dishes list.
It’s a shame, then, that it took five whole months for Shukla and Hearne to recover the delicious launch payload, but hopefully whoever first found it enjoyed the ‘smoky, sticky, spicy, gingery, charred and fiery’ cargo. Now that’s what we call manna from heaven.
