Want to help out that homeless man who’s always curled up in front of the station on your daily commute? Or the hungry girl who stands outside your coffee shop? Then send them over to William IV pub on Shepherdess Walk.

Staff in this north London pub have decided to cook up a free feast for all of London’s homeless and hungry who visit this Sunday. Why? Because they can and because they are lovely people clearly embracing the season of good will. General manager Max Kalton has said that they have always wanted to do it, and what better time than now. (Well, somebody’s sure going to be on Santa’s nice list.)

They aren’t making it easy for themselves either, none of that instant gravy nonsense – they’re cooking it all from scratch.
