It may be bloomin’ freezing outside but that’s not stopping London’s street food scene. Oh no. Night Tales battled the cold with hot cocktails, meat treats and heaters in Old Street back in November. Now Street Feast is back with an even warmer idea – an indoor food market. Now we’re talking. They’re taking over the old office block at 260-264 Kingsland Road in Haggerston where they hosted Fairground last summer to recreate Hawker House for ten weeks of eating, drinking and partying starting this Friday (Jan 30).

Until April 4, every Friday and Saturday night from 5pm until midnight you’ll find food from a rotating selection of traders such as Yum Bun, Bleecker St Burger, Dogtown, Bob’s Lobster, Rola Wala, Busan BBQ and Hanoi Kitchen. There’s six bars serving craft beer, hot cocktails, spritzes and one even hosting whisky roulette. Feeling lucky? Spin the wheel to win a measure of whisky worth between £8 and £40! Plus there’s also DJSs and possibly dancing, depending on how limber you’re feeling after all that food and booze.

Street Feast Hawker House is free before 7pm, £4 after. Find out more at streetfeastlondon.com.
