It’s fitting that on what should be London’s warmest weekend of 2015 so far, aquatic movie mavericks Hot Tub Cinema announce their totally tropical new venture. The Tub Tropicana Tour features five-date stints in London, Birmingham and Bristol, throughout April, May and June, and will contain more neon flamingos, cocktails with umbrellas in them, eye shadow and spandex than can possibly be healthy.

Films being screened include ’80s gems ‘Top Gun’, ‘Dirty Dancing’ and ‘Ghostbusters’, as well as feelgood classic ‘The Lion King’ and singalong favourite ‘Grease’. As ever, the fun doesn’t stop after you’ve kicked back in your tub, quaffed a few drinks and enjoyed your chosen film: after each screening there’ll be ’80s music played for all to enjoy, plus plenty of general party vibes and mischief in the air.

Tickets for the London May dates go on sale at midday on Tuesday March 10 and can be purchased from the Hot Tub Cinema website.
