The term ‘dog’s dinner’ is about to be redefined at London’s latest high pedigree pop-up, The Curious Canine Kitchen, Britain’s first pop-up fine diner for dogs. Yep, this weekend in Shoreditch your four-legged friend can dine on a five-course tasting menu – served by actual human waiters – of freshly prepared canine cuisine, including textures of tripe (yum!) and, for the middle class tail-waggers, gluten-free cinnamon quinoa dog biscuits. The menu is also drink-paired and it’s all for charity. So booze hounds, easy on the chateau marrowbone or you’ll be feeling ruff in the morning.
