If you’re looking for cheap eats in the Hoxton vicinity then look no further than The Circle Pizza Co, which is offering 50 percent off between April 16 and April 22 before it officially opens on April 23. Their sourdough bases are made from 150-year-old starter and anyone who knows their sourdough will tell you that means it’s damn good. And these guys don’t do anything by halves – the dough is cured for at least 24 hours and the head chef even makes his own Italian sausage. The menu includes the Diavola – a spicy fennel sausage with smoked buffalo mozzarella – Capo’s – a meaty feast with three kinds of sausage – and for those who fancy something without meat, there’s the Dark Side Of The ‘Shroom, made with wild mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella and ricotta.
