We’re not often instantly smitten by the beauty of a restaurant, but walking into Blixen was one of those moments. It was love at first sight. And the other customers seemed to agree: it’s been years since we sat in an eatery where no-one was staring – even glancing – at their phone. And since we visited, they’ve opened a garden that backs right onto the garden. Reliable sources say that it looks even better than the restaurant itself – which is kind of hard to believe. But looks alone don’t make a good restaurant. If the food’s feeble, Cinderella turns into a wicked stepsister.
Does it happen at Blixen? All is revealed in our review.
