When we announced that there would be a series of underground pop-up film screenings taking place on the disused platforms in Charing Cross tube station, you (and the rest of London) understandably went nutso and bought all the tickets in under three nanoseconds. Well, if you missed out first time around, we’re happy to say that you’ve got a second chance. Another batch of tickets for the screenings on Monday June 1 (‘Strangers On A Train’ and ‘Psycho’) and Tuesday June 2 (‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’ and ‘Birdman’) are going on sale at 10am tomorrow morning, Saturday May 30. There are only 100 tickets for each screening so you’re going to need lightning fingers but we know you can do it. We went down to the launch last night (you can see my bleached blonde head on the left in deep cinematic concentration) and the set up is great. C’mon, you’re watching a film inside a tube station where people just a few tunnels away are obliviously commuting. It’s awesome. Plus they filmed loads of cool movies down here so tube/film nerds will have an awesome geek out. Good luck!

Get your tickets on Saturday morning at 10am at undergroundfilmclub.com.
