Forza Win are cooking up a storm right now. They’ve pitched up at Summer Tales with a Cheery Mealz chicken van, and they’ve just announced details about their seasonal summer project at an old warehouse in Peckham.
The scrumptiously meaty menu (with veggie options) is available for four months only, and kicks off on Friday (until September 26) when the Forza crew will be using their wood-fired grills to spit roast legs of lamb sourced from one of London’s favourite butchers, The Ginger Pig.
These will be served up with Charlotte potatoes, peas, Datterini tomatoes, beans, almonds, pecorino and olive oil. Also on the mouthwatering £35-a-head menu is grilled octopus with pickled fennel, tagliatelle al pomodoro and grilled peaches with honey and ricotta. Plus a boozy beverage (naturally).
