On Wednesday 19 October, work experience organisation WEXO have teamed up with Tomax Talks (dedicated to interesting speeches) to create ‘How I Made it in Food’ at St Giles-in-the-Fields Church (7pm). Four speakers will be sharing their stories and giving advice on how to break into the competitive food business: celebrity restaurateur Marco Pierre White, entrepreneurs Daren Spence (We Are Tea) and Simon Prockter (Housebites.com) and award-winning food blogger Niamh Shields (Eatlikeagirl.com).
