The Young Turks takeover the The Ten Bells

Young Turks at the Ten Bells pub © Time OutFormed in 2010, The Young Turks is a small collective of three creative chefs – James Lowe, Isaac McHale and Ben Greeno, who between them have worked at St John Bread & Wine, Copenhagen’s Noma and New York’s Momofuku. Though Greeno has since left for sunny Sydney, Mchale and Lowe have been hard at work, launching unparalleled food and drink events such as their pop-up ocakbasi night at Frank’s Campari Bar, which sold out in minutes as soon as the news hit the Twitterverse. So don’t miss out on their next venture – a three-month stint at the Ten Bells in Shoreditch, where the pair will be cooking a four-course, regularly changing menu complemented by Hendricks cocktails. The booking line will open at 3pm today for sittings up until the end of November.
