Bringing new meaning to the expression ‘keeping it local’, this new Clapton restaurant incorporates foraged salad leaves from Hackney Marshes in its menu, and has a staff that all walk to work. Well-executed cooking make it well worth a visit, whether or not you live in the neighbourhood.
