Bar of the week: Vinoteca Soho
This new wine bar ticks all the right boxes. There are interesting, fairly-priced wines (all by the glass), with Prosecco on tap for £3.95 a glass. There’s a good-looking room, full of character, and good-looking, friendly staff to match. There are small-plates dishes to complement the wine, from baked bread and cured meats to steamed mussels. And there’s a reservations book (at least for the upstairs dining room), meaning that if you hate to queue, you don’t have to.
