Even if you’ve inherited your mum’s two left feet and your dad’s penchant for sidestepping and shoulder rolling, a few drinks will always make you believe you’re the best dancer in the club. Your skills might be en route to a revamp though; here’s your chance to not only learn how to hit the dance floor in style but to also get fit in the process. Rebecca Kraushaar has teamed up with professional dancers Kimberley Collins and Amy Lovelock to bring you Ravercise, a set of rigorous dance routines aimed to give you a full body workout while live Drum and Bass DJs do their thing in the background. Everyone is welcome and with two sessions available on Wednesday nights (6.15pm and 7.30pm) it’s the perfect opportunity to grab some friends and have a heavy night out without the hangover the following morning.
