It’s round three for Red Market

Street food, beats, booze and hammocks. For the third year running, Red Market has got summer down to a T. From now until the middle of August, Thursday and Friday nights near the Red Gallery on Old Street will be filled with good vibes and pumping tunes from Red Market’s resident DJs. Be fed by Burger Bear Tom or one of the other street food traders, which include Batch Bakery, Italian American street food aficionados Capish, Chinese crêpe-makers Mei Mei’s Street Cart, and more. Beat the queues and book ahead with the new table reservation policy, or show up early if you don’t want to be left out in the cold – it’s likely to get busy. Come rain or shine, there is a new undercover seating area beside the DJ booth and if you’re lucky, you might even score a hammock. Just don’t try getting into one when hammered…
